Poli Cornice Restaurant from Tokyo (Japan) - visit
On Monday the 2nd of April 2007, Mr. Daisuke Kyo and Mrs. Reiko Kyo, owners of Cornice Restaurant in Tokyo, visited the Poli Distillery accompanied by their assistant chef, Yasuhisa Nakamura.
The Cornice Restaurant offers an authentic Italian cuisine, importing only selected products to offer to their best clients in Tokyo. Their visit gave us much pleasure considering the attention that Grappa is receiving more and more in the Land of the Rising Sun.
